REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Late applications will not be entertained.

All unused items, including canvas bags, camping stoves, camping mattresses and tents, can be returned.

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and manuals attached.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Please mail the item to the return address provided and include your order number and RMA number in the package.

  1. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  1. Shipping costs

Unless the product is defective or wrong, the shipping costs of the return are generally borne by the customer.
